i'm akshay elavia - a software engineer with a deep interest in ai, agentic architectures, and the infrastructure that makes large-scale software possible. i write here to think out loud, document what i'm learning, and contribute back to a community i've learned an enormous amount from.
my background spans mostly cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, and i've worked across the stack at electronic arts, with tools ranging from kubernetes and terraform to go, python, and increasingly, the emerging tooling around agentic engineering.
the name AGENTIC reflects where i think software is heading - toward systems that pursue intents, use tools, and operate with genuine autonomy and human oversight effortlessly. i'm fascinated by that shift, and this is where i explore it.
